Our Return and Exchange Policy:

Returns

In the event that your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you can return a product 14 days from the receipt date. SociaLuxClub only offers store credit at this time. Refunds cannot be offered at this time. We do not issue refunds to original method of payment.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, hair, or wear)

Any damaged items must be reported/emailed within 5 days of receipt with photos attached to support@socialuxclub.com. If not reported within 5 days, we will not issue replacements. SociaLuxCLub is not responsible for normal wear and tear to items purchased and will not issue a new item outside of the 5 day window of receiving the item.

Your item(s) should be sent back to the return address on the invoice provided in the packaging. Items returned outside of the 14 days will be accepted only at our discretion.

If you have received an incorrect item or have experienced another issue with your order, please contact support@socialuxclub.com within 5 days of receiving your order with a picture of the items and the packing slip.

Unclaimed shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfillment facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.

Exchanges:

Because we can't ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the distribution center we do not currently offer exchanges.

However, by processing a return through our Customer Support and sending your items back, you will receive store credit to make a future purchase.

SociaLuxClub’s Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:

SociaLuxClub reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

1. An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”.

2. An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items, or potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

3. SociaLuxClub items and products sent to our fulfillment center without a return processed through support@socialuxclub.com will be discarded upon receipt and will not be subject to our return policy.

SociaLuxClub reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
